?You know that drawer where you stuff all the manuals for your tech stuff? MyTECH is sort of like that, except it's online and it's ALIVE...in a good way, not a creepy way. You can store info you already know about your stuff so you can find it easily later, but you can also see the info that other people have added about your stuff so you can check back frequently and learn more about your devices. So that "virtual manual drawer" is always growing with helpful information about your stuff (see, told you it was alive).

What types of info can I store you ask? Well let me tell you.
Link to product manuals, forums, product info, image galleries, reviews, blogs, websites, or whatever. Think of this as a place to bookmark information about all your gear so you can find it when you need it. When you bookmark in your browser(Firefox, IE, etc.), it only benefits you. By doing it here you can help other users find the info they need and perhaps they will add some links to help you out as well.
Found a great little hack for your TiVo or your Treo? Type it up so you can find it again when you need it and share it with other users at the same time.
Ok fine, this one doesn't help you out so much; but if you review the stuff you have and other people review the stuff they have, it's gonna help you eventually - like when you are shopping for that next gadget.
Show off your tech gear. Good, high res pics are great when you are shopping for a gadget.
Most gadgets have accessories(docking stations, carrying cases, etc.). Add your accessories and you can store info about them as well.
Alrighty, so now you know what you can do with MyTECH, but it's up to you to make it all it can be. Use it to save info you want to remember and info that might be useful to others. If you do it and other people do it, you'll have a great place to learn more about your gear and a great place to research your future gear.
